By accessing and using Sport I Play (hereafter "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Sport I Play reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use indicates acceptance of modified terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose: connecting with sports enthusiasts, finding players, joining communities, and organizing sports activities.

Authorized Uses: • Creating a personal sports profile • Browsing other users and communities • Messaging other users • Joining sports communities and games • Sharing sports moments and updates • Participating in discussions

Prohibited Uses: • Any illegal or unauthorized activities • Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior • Commercial solicitation or spam • Impersonation or false representation • Hacking, scraping, or manipulating platform data • Sexual content, hate speech, or discrimination • Intellectual property infringement • Sharing of private information without consent

3.1 Account Creation: To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 13 years of age (18+ recommended) • Provide accurate, complete information • Maintain a unique username • Maintain the secrecy of your password • Not share your account credentials

3.2 Your Responsibility: • You are responsible for all activities under your account • You must not engage in illegal or harmful activities • You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations • You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk

3.3 Account Termination: Sport I Play may terminate or suspend accounts that: • Violate these Terms • Engage in harmful or abusive behavior • Violate local laws and regulations • Remain inactive for extended periods • Use the service in an unacceptable manner

We maintain a safe, respectful community. Users agree to:

4.1 Respectful Behavior: • Treat all users with respect and dignity • Refrain from harassment, bullying, or abusive language • Report inappropriate behavior to moderators

4.2 Honest Representation: • Provide truthful information on profiles • Not misrepresent skill levels or experience • Not create fake or multiple accounts • Use profile pictures that represent you accurately

4.3 Content Standards: • No sexual, explicit, or inappropriate content • No hate speech, discrimination, or bigotry • No spam, promotional content without approval • No sharing of private information without consent • No copyrighted content without permission

4.4 Game Organization: • Honor commitments to scheduled games • Communicate cancellations promptly • Treat venues and equipment with respect • Follow safety guidelines and local regulations • Respect other players' time and effort

4.5 Consequences of Violation: Violations may result in: • Warning or suspension • Content removal • Account termination • Legal action if necessary

5.1 User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you create (posts, photos, comments). By posting on Sport I Play, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: • Display your content on the Platform • Reproduce and distribute for Platform operations • Use for marketing and promotional purposes • Create derivative works (thumbnails, previews)

5.2 Intellectual Property: • All Platform design, code, and functionality are our property • Logos, trademarks, and brand elements cannot be used • You may not reverse-engineer or modify the Platform • You may not create derivative works

5.3 User Rights: You may not use content from other users without permission. Unauthorized use violates intellectual property rights.

5.4 Removal of Content: We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these terms or is harmful to the community.

6.1 No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, including: • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Uninterrupted service • Error-free operation • Implied warranties of merchantability

6.2 Limitation of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sport I Play shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Lost profits or revenue • Data loss or corruption • Business interruption • Any damages arising from Platform use

6.3 Liability Cap: Our total liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

6.4 Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party actions beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sport I Play from claims, damages, or costs arising from: • Your violation of these Terms • Your use of the Platform • Your infringement of intellectual property • Your violation of applicable laws • Your actions or conduct on the Platform • Disputes between you and other users

8.1 Good Faith Resolution: For disputes, we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve issues amicably.

8.2 Escalation: If direct resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to management for review and mediation.

8.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.4 Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be filed in courts located in Bangalore, India. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction.

8.5 Dispute Limitations: You agree not to pursue class action lawsuits or join class actions against Sport I Play.

9.1 Your Responsibility: • Play responsibly and follow safety guidelines • Report unsafe behavior or conditions • Assume all injury risks from sports activities • Ensure venues and equipment are safe • Follow local traffic and safety laws

9.2 Health Disclaimer: Sport I Play is not responsible for: • Injuries sustained during sports activities • Medical conditions or emergencies • Physical harm to players • Equipment failure or venue issues

9.3 Safety Guidelines: • Warm up before games • Use appropriate safety equipment • Follow coach guidance if applicable • Respect your physical limits • Seek medical attention for injuries

9.4 Report Violations: Report unsafe conditions to: safety@sportiplay.com

10.1 Free Service: Sport I Play core features are free. Some premium features may charge fees.

10.2 Payment Processing: • Payments processed through secure gateways • Charges reflect current pricing at time of purchase • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise • You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions

10.3 Billing: • You provide accurate billing information • You authorize charges to provided payment methods • You are responsible for payment disputes • Failed payments result in service suspension

10.4 Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services, subject to our refund policy.

11.1 User Right to Terminate: You may delete your account anytime through account settings. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Sport I Play Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Terms of Service violations • Illegal activities • Harmful behavior • Non-payment (if applicable) • Inactivity (after notification)

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination: • Your access is immediately revoked • Your content may be retained per Privacy Policy • You remain liable for past actions • Provisions regarding IP rights survive

Sport I Play may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for: • Third-party website content or policies • External service functionality • Data shared with third parties • Third-party terms and conditions

Users should review third-party privacy policies and terms independently.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue Platform features without notice. We are not liable for: • Changes in features or functionality • Service interruptions • Data loss from technical issues • Updates affecting user experience

We will attempt to provide notice of significant changes but are not obligated to do so.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including: • Local sporting regulations • Traffic and location rules • Anti-discrimination laws • Privacy and data protection laws • Intellectual property laws • Cybersecurity regulations

Non-compliance may result in legal action by authorities or termination of your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and remaining provisions continue in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sport I Play. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
